Hello. I am JJ. I have extensive training at Wat Po Thailand Medical School in Bangkok Thailand as well as in the US. Trained and conducted classes at Tarrant County College for their Massage Therapy course. Possess 15 years experience in massage therapy. Massage styles include stress reduction, relaxation, reflexology, sports massage, prenatal massage, Thai and Swedish massage. I am passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind. Moreover, I can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout, work with you on injury rehabilitation, and assist in the relief of migraines and tension-related headaches. I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress and strongly believe in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
