Appointment cancellation policies

Cancel or change at least 24 hr before the appointment time and there will be no charge!
No-Show and cancelations less than 24 hr before appointment time will result in payment of services booked due in full.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Additional

Late arrival to an appointment means less time for your session, Please know you will only receive the remaining time of your service and you will be responsible for the full price.

We recommend clients arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their session to ensure there is adequate time for paperwork and consultation before each massage.
